Brand Creative is looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director to bring our brand to life across different audiences, products, and communications on the Direct Mail Acquisitions team. You know how to partner with Creative Directors to define the work; and Art Directors and Copywriters to deliver the end product.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Partner with the Creative Director to define intent, brief the team, and deliver direct mail marketing that cuts through the noise.
Be a creative leader amongst your team of Art Directors, Graphic Designers, and Copywriters (including a mix of full-time associates, contractors, and agency partners).
Attend creative reviews and provide thoughtful, direct feedback on internal team and agency projects
Collaborate with marketing partners and internal business clients to positively influence marketing strategy and the customer experience.
Lead and develop conceptual exploratory work.
Champion the integration of pre-market testing tools to explore new creative formats and ideas.
Use evidence and data to ground your creative decisions.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of advertising and marketing trends and translate business intent into creative strategies and executions that market products effectively.
Present and influence with a convincing and inspiring style to increase buy-in and open the door for new opportunities - both for your team and department.
Mentor and build expertise in your craft, whether copywriting or art direction with your peers, and team members.

At least 2 years of experience leading creative teams or large bodies of work across cross-functional teams
Portfolio of your creative work
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in copywriting or art direction
Experience in the financial services industry
Experience in direct mail marketing
