As a member of the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) team, you will help be a member of the team transforming the Enterprise and DIB Consulting team by supporting Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging horizontal projects, assisting our efforts to identify, hire, develop and retain high performing, diverse talent. You will drive a variety of programs to enable DIB Consulting to increase impact, collaborate and improve processes.
The Manager in this role will manage, implement and deliver on program deliverables related to regulatory requirements and reporting. This position will ensure compliance efforts are well managed and completed within deadlines. Position Responsibilities:
- Gather data and reporting; perform initial data assessment and review
- Compile and submit required EEO-1 statistical reports to government agencies
- Partner with HR Risk Office to complete control testing
- Partner with DIB leaders, Talent Acquisition and other teams to build a robust interaction model to support regulatory requirements (AAP)
- Associate should be able to drive and execute an agenda in a fluid environment
- Apply sound inquiry and analysis to make recommendations and decisions
- Be intellectually curious to question, explore, and develop alternatives
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Reporting, EEO/Civil Rights, HR, Data Management OR Risk Management
- At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite (Sheets and Slides) or Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint)
- 3 + years of experience in project management
- 3 + years experience in change management
- 5 + years of strong problem solving OR at least 5 years of influencing skills OR at least 5 years of a combination of both
- Strong attention to detail and results oriented, ability to meet objectives and handle multiple deadlines and priorities

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Location is New York City- $142,979 and $168,683 for Manager, DIB
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.No agencies please.
