Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is seeking a Director product management lead for Fuse, our internal Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. With Fuse, we seek to make risk management easier, more intuitive, and more accessible to associates across the company who need to manage risk as they deliver valuable products and services to our customers.
In this role you will lead a team of product managers to design and build this new platform from the ground up. You’ll partner with second line leaders to define a new vision for how we should manage risk to be well governed but more intuitive. You’ll collaborate with first line customers to understand how to integrate risk into their management practices in a simple and seamless manner. In short, you’ll reimagine how to use technology to transform risk management.
Lead an agile release train in the design, development, and delivery of our new platform, caring for the user experience as we migrate from our old system
Partner with risk and business leaders across the company to reimagine risk management activities and outcomes
Create a vision for how we can leverage technology to transform the user experience to reduce the burden of managing risk
Present and influence your ideas to local and enterprise leaders, including the Chief Risk Officer
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven ability to bring de novo products to the marketplace. You will communicate your product vision in a clear and influential manner and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders and customers across the organization. You will need to inspire a team of direct and indirect reports to deliver on the product vision and iterate rapidly through learning cycles.

Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management
At least 2 years of people management experience
2+ years of experience in a Risk Management role
2+ years of experience delivering products in an Agile development process
Experience leveraging machine-learning solutions in the delivery of products
