Capital One is looking for a Consumer Brand Marketing &Site Analyst, Snr. Associate to join our Brand Social & Content team. This role will manage analytics for our content marketing hub on capitalone.com and support additional social & content analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker skilled at translating raw data into insights & bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the role, helping take our team’s capabilities to the next level.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leading reporting for our consumer-facing content hub on capitalone.com & translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
Partnering with our Content Strategy and Platforms & Experiences teams to bring long-term visions to life by supporting analytical projects spanning team roadmaps
Using a suite of analytic tools to understand site pathing & customer journey analytics
Developing engaging & data-driven presentations accessible to both marketing & non-marketing audiences
Creating & maintaining analytics dashboards, as well as finding opportunities to create new efficiencies in how we deliver insights to partners
Working cross functionally to integrate web analytics data into broader stories demonstrating marketing performance & effectiveness
Supporting A/B testing and multi-armed bandit testing initiatives, contributing to site learning agendas
Leaning into opportunities to enhance measurement & analytical approaches spanning Brand Social and Content-led initiatives, including campaign reporting/measurement, social creative testing, and test & learn agendas
What the ideal candidate will bring to this role:
Strong analytical thinking with experience translating raw data into actionable insights that drive marketing, content, and web strategies
Impeccable communications skills - written & verbal/oral - with an ability to develop data-driven stories & communicate them to a variety of audiences
Attention to detail in ensuring accuracy of analyses & reports
A passion for optimizing processes & innovating to bring new forward new measurement opportunities & efficiencies in how we work
At least 2 years of experience with web analytics
Demonstrated experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target & Google Analytics, as well as data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)
Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and delivering strategic recommendations from test insights
Experience optimizing measurement approaches for web, including innovating with new tools, vendors, and capabilities
Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to effectively multi-task, establish priorities and deliver results
Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, work autonomously, and navigate ambiguity
