The Technical Product Consultant is a critical partner for our product and sales teams in delivering a positive client experience with our services. In this role, you will manage multiple implementation projects from the document collection through setup. When speaking with clients, you're also listening and documenting any unique setups we might encounter in the future. If there are technical or process concerns by a client, you either consultatively help solve the issues, or escalate to the experts within our organization.
You will also document ways we might better serve our clients and providing those insights to our Product development group. This role will interact with the sales, underwriting, onboarding and other internal resources to ensure an efficient and well-managed implementation. To successfully fulfill the responsibilities of the role, you should be comfortable having standard configuration or technical conversations with a client’s CFO, Accounting Department, and IT representatives. You understand there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution, but are able to communicate with internal and client resources on what needs to be accomplished. This role is a partner with the clients, making sure they understand their commitments and keeping all parties to a schedule.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can learn to bridge the human-technology understanding gap. As part of the team, you'll grow your understanding of Accounting Systems, help guide development priorities, and help our sales teams in understanding our value propositions. This team is always learning new things and sharing it with others to improve internal and client processes.
At this time, there is no travel, but when it is considered reasonably safe to travel, there may be up to 30% travel to client sites.
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 2 years of experience interacting with clients in a sales or support role
At least 2 years of experience supporting or implementing clients on a cloud based platform that interacts with a client’s ERP
At least 2 years of experience in Accounting or IT based consulting
At least 3 years experience in implementing SaaS solutions
