Speed, accuracy, and finesse can help boost your performance as a Assistant Relationship Manager. The Assistant Relationship Manager in the Auto Finance Division provides support to both operations and sales. You will review, verify, and process loan documentation to assist Capital One customers, and provide our Dealer Customers with a Brand Defining Funding Experience. You will work through a blend of Inbound and Outbound phone calls to gather and verify loan information with customers and other business partners in order to process loan funding, payments, underwriting, and change of ownership. Expect to work in a fun, fast paced environment, where monthly goals are recognized and encouraged.
Ability to work a Monday through Saturday schedule, ranging in hours from 8 am to 8 pm, with potential opportunity to update shift after 1 year in tenure as well as the ability to work overtime.

Strong multitasking, efficient typing, and attention to detail will also serve as valuable skills within this fast-paced position. Act as a Funding coordinator between Capital One and our dealership customer.
Gather and verify loan documentation, which could include a blend of Inbound/Outbound phone calls with customers and business partners
Identify, document, and correct identified errors with loan documentation and loan process and programs
Educate Dealer Customers on Capital One Auto Finance’s policies and procedures.
Collaborate with teammates cross-departmentally to solve problems.
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent certification
At least 2 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
