Principal Associate under general supervision, perform moderate to complex supplier performance evaluation.
• Manage suppliers
• Stakeholder management
• Drive business changes through the supplier level
• Work on projects to reduce cost and drive positive customer experience
• Contract negotiations
• Project management
• Manage potential risk with suppliers
• Change management
• Performs supplier communications, supplier inquiries and related due diligence
• Monitor supplier performance and resolution of issues
• Resolve issues quickly
• Know when and how to escalate issues internally and externally
• Know the organization’s requirements and communicate those requirements to the vendor
• Seek out information and understand the vendor’s organization
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business or Procurement
Masteral or MBA is a plus
5 years relevant work experience, with 3 years in managerial capacity in BPO or Multinational companies
3 years experience in Project Management
Advanced negotiation skills especially contract negotiations
Excellent communication skills
Amenable to work in Alabang
Amenable to work in a mid shift schedule
