Capital One Commercial Operations is looking for a candidate to support all daily activity and maintenance across Commercial Loan portfolios. The role includes the timely and accurate execution of service and maintenance activities on all types of Commercial Loans from Direct loan servicing to Specialty and Syndications. Additionally, this role involves critically thinking through complex research activities and analyzing various calculations, such as loan/fee accruals and other remediation activities. Effectively conveying complex concepts and issues to various Operations and Business stakeholders.
Maintain a specific portfolio of deals
Understanding and communicating complex activities to multiple stakeholders and partners
Accurately driving resolution on simultaneous time sensitive tasks
Utilize lessons learned and previous experience to perform complex research and adjustments to loan system data
Perform high volume, complex monetary and non-monetary transactions on Commercial Loans ensuring service levels are met in terms of timeliness, accuracy, quality and customer service
Working both independently and collaboratively through projects and day to day functions
Review and approve daily work prepared by Loan administrators for posting to the ACBS system
Communicate with loan officers and other managers regarding loan transactions and exceptions
Articulate daily functions in procedural format to maintain strong, effective written procedures for all job functions
Monitor reports on the commercial loan portfolio as necessary, including daily and monthly activity reports and metrics, which identify training opportunities and process improvements
Provide training/presentations within team and to management team regarding daily functions, issue remediation efforts and other various topics
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of operations experience
At least 2 years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience
At least 1 year of Data Analysis experience
Experience with ACBS
