Asset Management Senior Analyst (Remote-Eligible)

The Asset Management Senior Analyst will play a key role in providing analytical support to a team of Asset Managers monitor the performance of a multifamily real estate loan portfolio, which includes providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring compliance with investor requirements.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Board loans into the Asset Management system and input several data elements

• which allow tracking of loan document covenants, required repairs,

• Process and monitor casualty/insurance losses

• Assist asset managers in writing and processing consent requests

• Answer general borrower questions

• Conduct inspections of properties on an as needed basis

• Monitor loans for covenant compliance, completion of required repairs by the

• completion date, order repair verification inspections…

• Prepare various monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports of the portfolio

Critical Skills:

• Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to create complexspreadsheets and financial analyses

• Outstanding written skills with the ability to communicate articulately and concisely

• Proficiency in analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, and borrowerfinancial statements and in modeling complex financial scenarios

• High integrity, Stronginterpersonal and partnership skills, achievement drive, and intellectual curiosity

• Ability to multitask and set priorities

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency Lending Multifamily experience ideally with Asset Management

• Knowledge of Fannie Mae Lending requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economic

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and Google software applications)
