At DataLabs, Capital One India, we solve fundamental business problems at scale using advanced analytics, data science and machine learning. We specialize in deriving valuable insights about various aspects of the business - including product and process design, consumer behavior, regulatory and credit risk, and much more - from large volumes of data to build cutting edge patentable products at an industrial scale.

DataLabs is looking for a Senior Audit Associate to spearhead our foray into autonomous and intelligent data products that solve the full gamut of business and analytical needs. This role involves working with heads of lines of businesses in our Financial Services division to understand contemporary business needs, lead analytical teams to make impactful and actionable offers, and work with Engineering groups to lead tech delivery of large product builds. The role encompasses recruiting, developing and motivating an exceptional team that is drawn from elite campuses in India and abroad, and focused on our mission to develop world class data products.

A day in the life of a Capital One Sr. Audit Associate.

As a Sr. Audit Associate, you will have dynamic responsibilities associated with Capital One India’s internal & external audits. You will also work with multiple stakeholders across functions to identify issues and collaborate on recommended solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Audit preparation - Finalization of audit plan, vendor onboarding, contracting and monitoring

• Audit execution - Single point contact for facilitating audit field work including but not limited to collating documentation, providing clarification, cross functional team coordination etc.

• Audit finalization - Discussion and finalization of Audit report

• Reporting - Periodically reporting of company-wide Audit status to leadership/ Board etc.

• Evaluate internal controls and suggest process improvements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Chartered Accountant or MBA

• 2 - 5 years of post-qualification experience.

• Ability to work in Tally, MS-Suite and G-Suite.

• Excellent communication- verbal and written.

• Experience in the big 4 audit firms an added advantage.
